The films, text, designs, logo and photographs on this site are owned by HODOFF Studios or used by it under licence, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to share a link to this site. You may not copy, download, re-upload, edit, or use any of this material commercially without our written permission. Material we credit under another licence, such as music credited on a film, remains under that licence. Where a film was made for a client, rights in it are governed by our agreement with that client.
4. Availability
We make the site available as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time without notice.
5. Other companies’ services
This site links to services operated by others, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Upwork. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Once you follow a link, that company’s terms apply.
6. Client engagements
Production work is governed by the signed proposal or agreement between HODOFF Studios and the client. Where anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HODOFF Studios is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its contents.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If these terms change, the revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
